Opening Times
You can reach the office from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm. You can get to the office to book your tickets or you can also book your ticket on telephone. Customer care representatives are available from 10:30 am until 6:00 pm.
You can book your ticket half to one before the start of show. Phone calls will be taken during that time. The show usually starts at 6:00 pm so you can book tickets until 6:00 pm before the start of show.
If the show is scheduled no telephone booking is made within in three days of a show. But you can purchase tickets by making online payments by credit card and allocate the best available seats.
Ticket Booking
There are various booking options are available. Make sure to read out all details before processing booking process. If you wish to book online, £1 fee will be applicable per ticket and £1 per transaction for postage. No online fees will be taken for films and performances by amateur performers.
You can call the box office and make your reservation on a phone call. Once you made the book the tickets will be held for you to collect. You can also obtain ticket by make booking by post. Download booking form and enclose cheques payable (Payable to C-SALT) and postal orders. Ticket will be held for collection in person if a SAE is not enclosed with booking form. Gift vouchers can also be purchased and redeemed on any show.
Offers
Offers are given to indicate group of people which include children, senior citizens, students, UB40s and disabled. Once tickets are purchased no offer will be given on purchased tickets.
For children shows adults must accompany child. Children under the age of 5 are not permissible to enter the show other than family shows. Ticket is must for children over the age of 18 months and children of the age 14 above must accompany an adult to watch the show.
The carers must show proof of status along with all concessionary tickets. The adults must contact the box office in this regards and the committee reserves the right to make any exception.
How to Get to The Place?
The Alban Arena is located in Civic Centre in St Albans in Hertfordshire AL 1 3 LD. If you are traveling by train, international line from St Albans City Station, on the Bedford to St Pancras, is at a distance of few minutes. Frequent buses also run by the place.
Bus services connect St Albans to other cities and major airports. Major routes are operated by Arriva, CenterBus and Uno. You can also get onto your own car or taxi and you can more than 2,500 parking space around the place. M1 form southbound, M1 from Northbound, M25 clockwise and M25 anticlockwise connect St Albans with other places of Luton City.
