How can I cancel or amend booking?

Yes, at SKY Airport Transfer, we are more than happy for you to book your journey with us in advance. You can book up to three months before your date of travel. You can phone us, you can use our booking app or you can use our website to contact us. We provide a range of booking options and when you make your booking we will provide you with confirmation.

How do I pay for my taxi?

At SKY Airport Transfer, we know our clients are looking for flexibility, and this includes payment options. You can pay for your journey at the point of booking but you can also pay at the conclusion of your trip. We are able to take all major credit and debit cards as well as accepting cash. We also provide personal and business accounts that offer credit facilities for our clients.

Do you offer business account services?

We offer personal and business account services that provide a range of benefits including priority booking services and credit payment facilities. Is it possible to book an airport transfer?

Yes, as our name suggests, SKY Airport Transfer is well known for airport transfers and we cover all of the leading London airports. We offer meet and greet services to and from the leading airports and we aim to take the stress and strain out of travelling to and from airports.

What is the cost of my trip?

We use a fixed price system which means you can be confident of the cost of your journey, even before you set off. We are pleased to offer a quote for all of our trips and we have a reputation for offering a fair and reasonable price for all of our journeys.

Do your taxis accommodate wheelchairs?

Our fleet of vehicles contain vehicles that offer wheelchair access facilities. If you require a taxi that offers wheelchair access, please let us know at the point of booking and we will ensure that you receive an appropriate vehicle.

Do you deliver packages?

We are more than happy to provide a courier service if required and if you would like further information on this service and our rates, please get in touch.

I live outside your local area, will you take me home?

Yes, we are more than happy to ensure you get home safely. Contact us and inform us of your destination and we'll be more than happy to provide you with a quote for your trip.

What happens if I cannot get through by phone?

This is unlikely as we are proud to say that we have an excellent track record in answering calls within seconds. If there is an issue with our phone lines, journeys can be booked online and via our app.
